@nightfall7sword Thanks man! Yeah, after my ACL surgery I decided injuries just aren't worth it - I was set back 3 years in my leg training.. I'm still not where I should be even.
@UnstableSafety I hear ya man ,.legs is not a muscle you wanna mess around with , you doing the right thing , don't go extremely heavy tho , keep your paste, your doin just fine , legs is just like shoulders it takes forever to heal and after long you can still fall to an enjury real esy if you abuse of the muscle .,legs is the key for bottom body and shoulders is the key for your upper body

Great legs workout Brandon ,and the knees wrap is an exellent choice, helps alot to prevent yourself from an injury .
