I saw Ratt once with Bon Jovi and once I think with Fastway both were good shows the eighties were awesome I hate when people say they hate eighties music then you see them at a Tom Petty show
i get goose bumps when i hear this shit. !!! i wore out at least 3 cassettes and still have my Ratt carnival mirrors & lapel pin from my jean jacket.. fuck.. still wow!!
OKAY my response is to all the followings PLZ try to keep up on the eve of the new year. Herewe go? Yes great band and i must say i do feeel energy from it jammin on it in the ride is nice but a 70 cuda is just as good so the joke is on you atm its not on purpossem'. So i do get that a RATT does shit.. But that dont mean i can spell purpose on that note lack is not note if your trying to communicate with RATT or the FLYbrain that loves the music guys and gals
Man, this song so fits Las Vegas!!! People in Las Vegas are really bad about communicating with one another, especially when it comes to the job market. For example, I signed up for an interview with Macy's for Holiday help, went down there and found out they are not hiring. I was thinking to myself, "WTF!!!??" If that ain't "Lack of Communication", I don't know what the HELL IS!!!
Goddamn!!! I Fucking wasted a whole afternoon yesterday!!!
Anyone who likes ratt should check out arcade. Formed by Pearcy and Fred Coury. Band started in the nineties but its obvious from the music that they refused to believe the eighties were over.
@mikefromAG Ratt, was definately metal man. Glam Rock took place in the 70s and was kind of the inspiration for glam metal. This was just a time, when metal wasn't all about being angry, spiteful, or just heavy for the sake of being heavy. If you wanna hear glam ROCK check out Slade - Cum On Feel The Noize. Kevin Dubrow of Quiet Riot sounded a lot like hte lead singer of Slade.
anyone who would have to ask if this is 90's or 80's. doesnt know much about either. cant you tell by the sound?? how 'bout the hair.... this is all 80's baby!!
Ratt kills. They inspired a hell of a lot of the new wave of glam metal bands along with Dokken and Motley Crue of course. Crashdiet, Wildstreet, Grand Ultra, Wild Ones, Loud N' Nasty, Dirty Penny, Wildstreet, Hardcore Superstar, Blackrain man they all were inspired by this shit. its fucking great man. Good music never dies!!!
Last time I seen them Britny Fox,and KIX opened for them in PHX awesome drum pack rolled/rotated if you paid $30 in those days, it was a steal atn$15 what can I say ... I remember it 23 years later .. best I ever seen. Better MoR or HBB went to both
@scarface95able Dude, I agree 110%!!! RATT N' ROLL is cool, but I'd rather be ROKKEN WITH DOKKEN!!! It is so cool that there are people like you and me who listen to Dokken!!!
I still regret trading this cassette for Dio's last in line cassette never got a replacement looking for all these old albums of the 80's on cd love all the 80's metal but i am a thrash metal hound and a die hard Kiss Army member been since I was 9 in 1976 the 80's is when music was good miss this shit todays shit just sucks specally pop now the 80's pop was pretty good though. We need the hair bands to all come back and kill pop like grunge killed hair bands.
Ratt Is Awesome Rock , The 80's Rock Was Awesome, The Most Important Thing About This Music Is YOU CAN UNDERSTAND LYRICS, Today's Rock Can Never Match Up With The 80's Rock
this sounds a lot like RATT's new song, Lost Weekend on the album Infestation. What do they have in common? well i'll leave that for you guys to figure out, but i can give you a small hint.. they're both pretty bad ass
@Raidenko91 They Never Went Out There Stil Rockin AS Heavy As Ever Infestation Kicks Ass They Truly Out Did There Selves On It..Its Great How They Went Back To There Roots With Heavy Melodic Riffs..And Pearcy Went Back To His Vocal Style From The Ep

@damodura, I choose Ratt. I love the Crue too, but they never had an album that was so full of kick-ass songs like Ratt's "Out of the Cellar". Overall, it's the best metal album of all time, IMO.
I was 16 when the album came out in 1984, and every headbanger I knew had it. I saw them live in Detroit in 1985. Ratt ruled the '80's.

I saw the Ratt-Poison show at Big Mac in Denver. I think it was in 87. Horrible show.
I think they were all Junked Out. They were all out of tune and no stage presence.
Too bad I was looking forward to seeing them. Oh well, The 80s were cool times.
