@MikeezXF Its the lens. It says hes using a f/1.4 50mm lens. The lower the f stop number, which in this case is 1.4, the more it will have this fuzzy background look which is called 'depth of field'. You can increase the f stop on the camera to a higher number which makes the aperture (a hole in the iris inside the lens) become smaller making things in the background come into focus better. Also, Im sure you know this isn't a normal video camera, Its a digital camera that can take HD video.

I was reading about that the 5D has bad depth of field, and like on this video, the cameraman do blur sequences, is it by the camera mistake, or he/she really wanted to make this "blur" effect

@FreezEMd Actually, not. Look for some information and you will find that the bigger the frame, the lower the DoF is. Brands like Hasselblad and Phase One has lower DoF in its sensors.
