If you look closely, you'll notice Kratos is actually th one making the Hydra's head go up and down (he jumps upward a few times), if that's what you're talking about.

oh i beg to differ... i find gow2 was just shorter, harder but shorter, yeah sure u got a bunch of new weapons but theres a catch, they all suck, while in the first game you only get 2, but both, especially the second, kick so much ass its not even funny

Not a chance. The second one is definatel longer than the first one. If anything, it's twice as long. Everything in God of War 2 was basically taken up in terms of sheer awesomeness. There were only a few less combos with the blades in comparison to God of war 1, but seriously, that's nothing to bag about when you have five weapons to choose from, and the only one that comes close to sucking is the Spear of Destiny.
