I was about 14/15 when I got my B2, it sat in the wardrobe for a while until 3 years ago when I decided to rescue it and custom it a bit:-

Full mechanical strip/lube, Full stock strip and then refinished , Moderator, scope, sling. It still shoots like shit but looks pretty good. Going to keep it for the kids when they get a little older to teach them basic gun safety before taking them to our club and letting them loose on my Rimfires!!

@PRODIGYCENTRAL- no inconveniance at all. i caught you on a bad day then, but you caught me on a good day. cause i'm usually a miserable bastard :) and i actually just bought a db4 which althrough not the best power or accurracy (about what you'd expect for a cheaper rifle), it has a surprisingly good quality stock. so i'm quite happy about the purchase. but with these chinese rifles it does seem to be a bit hit and miss on there quality. unfortunately you've been unlucky with your rifle.

Never dry fire even for a 1 off because it will rapidly decrease the weapons FPS and may eve cause a premature breech explosion. plus the rifle is not one bit heavy in fact it is one of the lightest air rifles I have ever held. I also wan't to bring up the fact why you said that you don't like scopes on an air rifle but yet you like it on a rifle which looks allot like one but it may just be the fact that you don't know how to zero one in. P.S you know nothing about fire arms.

this is not a heavy gun. i got mine for free from my cuz n i tuned it up to reduce recoil and improve accuracy. also i removed the shitty varnish and sanded it down. then i stained it with wood oil. its looks much better now. :)

you should never fire without a bullet as the spring fires the piston into the chamber and with no air resitance caused by the pellet blocking the chamber smashes up the inside of the rifle

you shouldnt dry fire your gun, the piston will hit the breech, split your seals, maybe even crack the piston head or the spring in places and just basically kill your gun. and the gun when it shoots feels like you scraping rust on rust its just a rubbish rifle not worth the money even at £40

I got one of these. Not so good for shooting rabbits, good enough for rats, birds and other smaller animals though. If your gonna shoot rabbits with it your going to have to be a bloody good shot or they will just sprint off and probably die a painfull death back at there hole.

I have a Falcon 19, regulated BSA Ultra, Weihrauch 100tk and a Weihrauch 97k, which makes your 77 look shit. The 77 is like 20 years old mate, news flash, they improved it. Its called the 97k, and I have one, Asshole.

It won't outshoot it at all. And the 77 has a smaller piston and longer stroke that the 97k. Making the 97 a better model. A springer will NEVER outshoot a PCP, especially at 50 yards. Theres no way you can hunt rabbit with that thing its a plinker thats all and I doubt you could hit anything with the way you were just messing around with the sights. Uhh, firing any gun on the basis that it is unloaded is unsafe and against all rules of gun safety. Also according to Daisy (and most shooters) Rule Number 2 of Gun Safety: Treat every gun as if it were loaded because enough wise guys have found out that there just happened to be one round left. Also in a springer you could have broken the entire gun by dry firing with CO2 thats fine but a springer is not designed that way. Also the factory fps is for Industry B-2's is 650 fps.
