Yeah Mr. Kerry, as a matter of fact we can't leave it to the average person to get the RIGHT job. We'll give them a job that we create for them... and we won't give them money to buy food cause they won't buy the RIGHT food...yeah! That's what we'll do, we'll give them approved food. Come to think of it, let's give them an approved house, and approved health care... no, Wait! Let's move them into a compound and we can be sure that they do EVERYTHING the way we want them to....

Well ofcourse they want to keep the money to invest and gain interest on it and if are entitked to a refund they'll "give it back" to us, meanwhile they made off with millions from the interest it earned over the year.
