They`ve just seen a video on the Internet or watched a movie and thought: Cool. Nobody explained them about hard training in developing strength. rolling on concrete is the final test i believe in a tracuers roll. if he can master it on concrete it means that he is correctly distributing his weight. remember left shoulder to right butt cheeck and vice versa. you'll get it

Parkour and Freerunning are two totally different things. David Belle practises Parkour and this "Team Adrenaline" practise freerunning. To put it into context for anyone, i am saying basically that you cant put two people/groups up against each other when they practise two totally different forms. You really don't know anything about Parkour do you... Parkour is not about proving to others that you can achieve more than them. Look up any credited site on Parkour and you will find out that there is a lot more to it than the physical aspect. It's a discipline and the entire philosophy that is the driving force behind Parkour stands against competition between people. When practising Parkour, you are striving to reach your personal best, not trying to outdo one another. Ask any Traceur.
