Nice fly man. I want a 9 wt TFO TiCr and a few of those flies so I can go tarpon and snook fishing when I go to the beach. But I don't have the money to drop $250 on a rod + the line + the reel. Oh well. Anyway, does that tarpon toad stay on the surface or sink?
