@kitsilog Thanks for spotting the mistake - corrected now. To answer your question, yes you can! Just do a press up variation of the Plank to Side Raise - you can search on our website for this. Just to a full press up and then when you get to the top part of the movement, raise one arm and extend upwards like a single arm reverse fly. This can also be done holding dumbbells on the ground. The press up targets the chest and triceps and when you move to the reverse fly, you target the upper back.
