I really think its definitely a new genre. But I would get a little more specific and call it something like electro glitch or glitchcore or some other cute name like that. 70% of the meat in his songs are comprised of samples circuit bent toys and keyboards. That definitely sounds like a circuit bent Casio Sk-1 or something similar at the start. I read an interview with him in future music and he says that his studio is full of all kinds of circuit bent gear.
