I'm a brand new djembe owner/player and am cruising Youtube for djembe playing tips. This guy has some good basic rythms to practice, but I really wish the sound quality was better. The reverb and distortion through the mic creates an almost mettalic sound as if he were using a metal drum head.

the annoying ads (for cotton, Microsoft, etc.) appear, before the video starts, when you play it Real Player browser. It doesn't show up in Mozilla Firefox 3.5.2./Windows XP, at least on the computer that I am using.

There are many plugins for Firefox for block such ads, I'm using AdBlockPlus, it works well enough, but no ad blocker is full proof. I was unaware of the ads until I disabled it.

@louisxiiii A lot of things are free nowadays. More and more gets taken for granted. The pre-internet drum teachers I had, for example, were not as great, at teaching, as I thought they were, back in the day. Now we have the internet, dvd's and great teachers like Steve Smith. Regarding the original comment, I guess there was an ad blocker running, that I was unaware of. Then, all of a sudden, a commercial popped up, when watching this particular video.
