Sunshine, in MODERATION, is GOOD for the skin, without ANY sunblock. of course "overexposure" isn't good. it that way with pretty much everything in this world. but bombshell was/is right, sunBURNS = bad, not the sun in moderation. Vitamin D is very important to our health/well being and the sun is the MAIN source of this crucial vitamin.
