i think that Miley's parents should try to find their girl another friend who is not like that because of the experience differences cause mandy is more mature than Miley and obviously mandy has had some impact on Miley's actions ( like those pictures and the older boyfriend) i dont have anything againt their friendship but maybe the parents should make sure that their kid dont grow old to fast like britney spears did. but that is my opinion
