  • If you want to work your legs, do squats, simple as that

  • Kiddies are so funny. You hardly moved the bar. The idea is to lift your legs until they are almost straight out then hold there for a count of 1-2, but before locking your knees. Anyone can do what you did with little effort. BTW, this is one of the dumbest exercies for teens to do BECAUSE it puts a lot of stress on your knees and ends of your long bones which might lead to prematurely closing your growth plates.

  • Well even if you DID get it wrong and not know it's a leg extension (a leg curl puts the weight behind your ankle and you lift it to the back of your knee, like you're "curling" your leg like arm curls/bicep curls), the rest of you is very impressive for your age. Keep up the work and you'll surpass everyone.

  • First of all, it's an extension, not  a curl. Second, it's a machine - no matter how much weight you can use, it's not impressive, and please don't brag about it. One of my buddies bragged to a girl (!!!) that he could leg press 1000 lbs, yet he can't even squat 300. Train movements, and for accessory work do whatever is needed - the weight on your leg extension machine really doesn't matter that much.

  • im 17 and i work out with 245 on leg curls on 2 sets of 18+

  • I'm 15 and i never workout, seriously i spend more time on video games more than i spend time outside the house anyways I'm not bad though i can do 210 pounds for 5 reps plus that was the only time i ever touched a leg press. Not that bad for the first time.

  • @ipodtester1 leg press and leg curls are diffent if noeone has told you.
