  • @didibecca9 Ikr like i don't know what your talking about John Smith and Pocahontas got married and had pocachips

  • This song always turned my porch into a forest, while the street outside turned into a great river. My basement was a cave, and the stairs were mountains. Oh man, I miss my childhood :)

  • I always get chills when i listen to this. XD I'm glad i'm part Native American

  • I'm so glad i'm part native american although Chata iskitini anumpali Li (I can speak a little Choctaw) i think i'll try to learn more since it somehow comes natural for me :)

  • @hanssauer123 That is not nice what your parent's did. They just don't get it!!! That's okay, you just keep your dreams and head held high, and DO NOT let ANYONE tell you otherwise=) You are a great person, even though I don't know you! LOL!

But I'm not sure, I think I should watch the movie one more time;)

  • @Disneyfilmily haha me too :)

  • @Disneyfilmily Did you know that Powathan means Potomac in Native American. I guess that's where the river's name comes from.

  • Since I'm in Canada, I'm called First Nations, not Native American. Cree.~

  • BEING NATIVE AMERICAN IS AWESOME! My grandmother hates the movies because Pocahontas is (and i quote) a treasonous harlot. But i think she's awesome... I felt sad when she died but my grandmother laughed -.- *sigh*

  • @eatbuttmckensie In what movie did Pocahontas die? We are talking about the Disney movies, right? In the first, she was willing sacrifice herself for Smith, but they were both spared. In the second, she was scheduled for execution, but was again spared and allowed to return home. I am not aware of a third Pocahontas movie from Disney. I believe the real Pocahontas died before your grandmother even would have been born, so I doubt you're talking about real life. So...what death are u refering to?

  • @TheOutcastFightsBack I freaked out when I saw that persons comment like "Omg, there's another film where they allowed her to DIE!?" Thank you for clearing that up :)

  • I love being native american! I'm part Cherokee and Blackfoot!

  • What tribe does Pocahantes belong to?

  • @LongLiveTheLionKing Historically, it was probably the Powhatan tribe.

  • Any one no what the Natuve Anerican Chant means?

  • As far as my family knows, I'm 1/64th Huron. The rest is French and Scottish/Highland mix.

  • I'm not Native American, but I absolutely love the culture. :D

  • Part Nanticoke and part Cherokee ^_^

  • Proud to be Apache and Cheyenne.

  • From Canada here! I think I'm quarter Ojibway, but I don't know that half of my family, even though it's the side I most connect with.

  • @pclune2003 So if Belle and Beast were related to you, and they got married, isn't that technically incest?
