Whilst "transfer" may be a propaganda strategy, what bearing does this have in regard to the people who paid the "ultimate sacrifice"?Most wars are ultimately started and driven by greed and money. This however, does not discount the fact that real people have suffered during combat and have taken considerable risks for the benefit of others.
