There is always a great deal of irony involved when artists create pieces based on the impermanence theme in that art itself is in its essence an attempt to overcome impermanence by creating something that will transcend time and its quality of the rise and fall of all things. Joe's video edititng skills are evident as is his sensitivity to and development of the core thematic material inherent in Alba's very skillfully created music. A dark but moving piece.
