Seymour is a dick, and you hate seeing him pop up again, but he is really well designed.

Visually he looks like a good guy but his voice is gentle though creepy, this makes you wonder if he is really a villain when you meet him. His dialogue it also well written to that purpose, creepy but he has good intentions and you can agree with him at the start of the game, and slowly he reveals his darker side.

When he finally reveals his insane plan to kill everyone to save the world he takes the cake.

Its really kind of sad that last fight with Seymor. He shows up and talks all bad like hes going to annilate you, even his last form seemed a little intimadating. Then the music cues and i thought to myself that this is going to be intense. Alas this is where he slipped up. What a let down. He's like one of those bad cartoon villans that gloats and then goes out with a fizzle. Still hes one of the cooler villans i have to say. Well in the stubborness deparment that is.
