They Pulled Me Over, Pulled Me Out Of The Car, Put The Cuffs On Me And Sat Me On The Curb, And Preceded To Go Through My Car. They Tore Up My Seats And Took Them Out And Threw Them On The Ground. After They Found Nothing, They Took The Cuffs Off And Told Me To Have A Good Day. Didn't Even Put The Seats Back In The Car, Apologize Or Anything.
Glad you were able to straighten out your situation. I will never trust cops, I work with an ex cop, and I can tell he was a serious asshole when he was working. When they get that gun and badge in possession their ego goes sky high.

I turn it off and give it to him as at this point there's a scene & on lookers are looking at me thinking 'another unruly black girl'. He comes back to insult more, I made a note of his name etc and I see him trying to tamper with my phone. I got my phone back in the end, I'm glad I stood up for myself and didn't show sign of weakness & knew my rights.
Another police officer informs him that I'm recording and he demands to have my phone and I say why on what basis and he says threatening behaviour. I say you are currently towering me and practically pushing me into a corner and you're a police officer how am I threatening you with a phone...then I explain that this is my only defence as I know it will be your word against mine.
He says you're a liar, I say what have I lied about I don't know you then he says I act younger than his 12yr old niece, I again say how in the last 10mins have you come to that conclusion. I then ask if its cool to call work as by this time I'm late for work, I excuse myself to make a call and he continues to insult my intelligence so I record it on my phone.

This is insane. I am so sorry this happened to you. I've had issues with cops here in Texas and being pulled over in a non black area and accused of stealing my own vehicle. Even though license, registration and insurance all matched. Anyway not all cops are bad but there are a few that are seriously corrupt and do not need to be serving the public. Such a sad thing.
im from north carolina n the police did the same to my mother but instead it got a lot worse n the police ended up shattering her knee mind you my mother is only 5'4 n 118lb smh n it was her word against theirs they made my mother stand up alone on a shattered knee after she begged and pleaded that something was wrong...everytime i hear stories like this i just cry.......

I totally agree with you cops here in Atlanta are in extremely shady. I have only one friend that works with DeKalb County Police Department and he kind of gave me an insight on how they are trained, who they target and why, its horrible! I've had a few run-ins with police and it was for minuscule issues that I believed was waste of my time(no jail time though). Overall the more successful you are, the more people try to tear you down. All you can be is yourself, and that's all that matters!

@JiaTV I agree... My friend who works for DeKalb hates working there himself, he loves being a cop, just not for Atlanta... If you step over to the southside Clayton County police are the WORST! They will pull you over just for your music being too loud! I've had a cop here tell me my music to loud and say "no one wants to hear your peoples' music!" So I try to avoid cops, luckily I work for an attorney's office and can get legal advice if needed or have one of my attorneys intervene if need be.
Sounds like a typical cop experience that could have happened anywhere to anyone. In my opinion 1 out of 3 people (my own statistic I made up in my mind) will be arrested for some bullshit because a cop wanted to be an asshole (speaking from experience). Never in my life did I think that I would see the inside of a jail cell even though it was only a holding cell. Cops do what they want and are pissed off at the world because they have to deal with criminals & treat EVERYONE like one.

Pigs are ridiculous. A few nights ago, I was out with my homeboys at this bar in Crooklyn. We were getting ready to leave and some nutcase leaves the bar, hits this girl with the door, we tell him to be careful calmly, he gets a gun from his car, fires a shot, manages to hit one of HIS friends.
Long story short, one of our friends (who did NOTHING, didn't even fight back as he was getting jumped) ended up in PRISON with a charge of gang assault (B Felony.) We're not in a gang lol.

I feel you about these cops in Atlanta, Jia!! Just be careful when you drive around down here. They seem to remember everybody and they may try to mess with you again. I really do miss your vids but I understand why you're not making them. That situation is fucked up too. I don't get why the police weren't didn't react to you saying the correct ID was in your clutch. I swear some of them just follow through with false arrests and have info go in one ear and out the other just to keep their quota up (if they even have to reach a monthly quota..which I bet they probably do).

I totally agree with you cops here in Atlanta are in extremely shady. I have only one friend that works with DeKalb County Police Department and he kind of gave me an insight on how they are trained, who they target and why, its horrible! I've had a few run-ins with police and it was for minuscule issues that I believed was waste of my time(no jail time though). Overall the more successful you are, the more people try to tear you down. All you can be is yourself, and that's all that matters!

@JiaTV I agree... My friend who works for DeKalb hates working there himself, he loves being a cop, just not for Atlanta... If you step over to the southside Clayton County police are the WORST! They will pull you over just for your music being too loud! I've had a cop here tell me my music to loud and say "no one wants to hear your peoples' music!" So I try to avoid cops, luckily I work for an attorney's office and can get legal advice if needed or have one of my attorneys intervene if need be.

Sounds like a typical cop experience that could have happened anywhere to anyone. In my opinion 1 out of 3 people (my own statistic I made up in my mind) will be arrested for some bullshit because a cop wanted to be an asshole (speaking from experience). Never in my life did I think that I would see the inside of a jail cell even though it was only a holding cell. Cops do what they want and are pissed off at the world because they have to deal with criminals & treat EVERYONE like one.

Pigs are ridiculous. A few nights ago, I was out with my homeboys at this bar in Crooklyn. We were getting ready to leave and some nutcase leaves the bar, hits this girl with the door, we tell him to be careful calmly, he gets a gun from his car, fires a shot, manages to hit one of HIS friends.
Long story short, one of our friends (who did NOTHING, didn't even fight back as he was getting jumped) ended up in PRISON with a charge of gang assault (B Felony.) We're not in a gang lol.
