This company rips its customers off ALL THE TIME. They will steal from your credit card and steal from your bank account. They lie to their customers, they lie to your credit card company, and they lie to the better business bureau. I can prove every last statement I make.
Extreme Fitness is a bank and credit card fraud operation that uses the gym as a front. If they get your credit card account or bank account they will place charges on them for services they never provided and, even if you discontinue your membership 'properly' they will keep charging your account. If you phone, write, or send an email to them about these practices, these thieves disappear into the woodwork. THEN at some point they have the gall to refer fictitious debt to a collection agency!
Lol anyone saying this company is a "rip off" needs to start reading fine prints instead of just signing. "oh wow 10 days free, WHERE DO I SIGN!!??". Grow up and take responsibility for your life. Fitness doesn't come with a price.
@Buckley2time It has nothing to do with reading the fine print ... even if you hold up your end of the agreement, deceptive as it is, they will place unauthorized charges on your credit card or make improper withdrawals from your bank account. They won't accept post-dated cheques anymore because that prevents them from ripping people off.
You sir, are a complete dumb ass. Typical Scum. I hope you die for being a stupid unproductive member of society. You're a waste of sperm. Have a nice day.
i got no beef for then... its just a gym, the closest to my house and its got all the equipement, the free weight section is pretty big so i get my money's worth
Honestly.. you people have to understand, you're paying for a product.. when extreme fitness charges you something.. you agree to buy it, you pay it.. they dont force you to buy anything.. i activated a year membership today and i get to go there..
i agree to pay 60 bucks a month for their club.. i agree to use their service.. if there's any problem.. its my fault..
maybe you could learn from that.. read before you sign.. and ask lots of questions..
@sahandpashazz they call you up and say you win a 30 day pass, and when u dont hand over a credit card they basically tell you your a piece of shit tryna get something for free and to basically get lost.
Instead of complaining about how much of a ripoff Extreme Fitness is, why don't you grow some balls. Ask questions, hustle the sales reps, and stand up for yourself.
I've been getting jacked for over 2 years @ extreme and have had a few problems. but guess what? Sort it out, get mad, and stand up for yourself.
Things aren't as they appear on the surface - don't be stupid.
Thanks for the tip .. Ill be sure to avoid Xtreme fitness .. LMAO .. always found the name lame ass .. I mean how childish to go around calling your self Xtreme fitness .. and having a bunch of overweight suburban whites with their cokes ... nah give me a simple gym with basic equipment and im a happy gym rat.

SPREAD THE WORD, EXTREME FITNESS... A BIG SCAM, if you really want to enroll a gym, look up for something doesn't require contract. DO NO SIGN ANTHING, there are gyms you can pay month by month, even paying 3 months in advance...STAY AWAY FROM EXTREME FITNESS, unless you want to get rip off!
Extreme fitness sales ppl are just rip off the mislead you and give false information which is not right to the customer. They should be more professional and be more honest.
I think Extreme fitness at the Dunfield location is a rip off...They pressured my cous and I in signing a piece of paper and made us believe that it had to do with the 10 day trial.
-u come in - they pressure u, then do whats called a "T.O." where the manager comes in to pressure u even more
OR they give u a 10 day pass to use - but they don't tell u , u have to sign up to activate it!Please remember ANY CONTRACT U SIGN U HAVE 10 DAYS TO CANCEL - THIS IS YOUR RIGHT!!!!!
they called me about a free 30 day thing , then watned to sign me up for a year , then told me i can try for 10 days , and i told him what about the 30 days.
So i got a free 30 days , didnt give any credit info or anything like that , just drivers licence , told the man i cant afford it but i would like to join , led him to the impression that i may join after 30 days
Extreme Fitness is a rip off. My friend put me on his guest list and got me a free month at the gym to "try it out" i went and they said i could try some of the offerings they gave for 10 days and if i cancel it b4 10 days they wont charge me. i cancelled it within 5 days and they tried to charge me. fuck extreme fitness and all those putos in there. hijos de la gran puta, son ladrones de mierda fuckin theifs!

You don't have to respect the corporations that use authority to silence people, but you do have to respect and obey the authority.
