The reason you can't kill him is that when the game was coded, they coded it so that Valter would get a sure hit, and Seth would get a sure miss. You would have to edit the game yourself to get this to work.

The previous attacks that Seth does, no matter what classes, are all 100% hit, yet he still misses. (Except for Seth-Myrrh's Battle, Seth-Myrrh just froze there.) =\
