The Atf even passed the akins accelerator kit as being legal for a short period of time because the gun recoiling in the stock caused you to pull the trigger even though it was ultimately deemed a class 3 weapon. This isn't fully automatic. Fully automatic is(in simple terms) when you can hold down the trigger and fire a gun as long as there's ammo with a consistent rate of fire. This is basically exploiting the recoil of the gun to pull the trigger quickly at an inconsistent rate of fire, which is just semi automatic fire.

By law, a full auto fires repeatedly with ONE pull of the trigger. If the trigger is pulled, weapon fires, and the trigger automatically resets, it is by definition (and by law) NOT a full auto weapon.

Do it with your finger and it's fine, but to use anything 'modifies' the weapon. A cop could be a dick if he saw you doing this. If you had a spinny thing on the trigger he'd take your gun for sure. MAYBE 1 bullet would be on target. It is in NO WAY a reliable means of firing a weapon to defend one's self. It may even give an advantage to your attacker who happens to use proper control.
