Heard this in Delph, Saddleworth in the Ukback in early January. It was also very windy, but this noise was very noticeable and freaked me out too. NOT FAKE.

that is very weird. here on vancouver island, there was a huge explosion sound and sound wave that traveled through houses and buildings. never was a reasonable explanation. that was in Sept 2003, called a "mystery blast", then, "mysterious rumbling" at Sooke in Jan 2012; we need more information

Yo I've heard those sounds here in Sweden, at first when I heard it I were cranes/boats.. Kinda sounds you'd hear at a dock/bay, but different and stronger.. And I live nowhere near a dock.. Same thing, it came from every direction and gave me the chills, it's like the sound those things made in War of the Worlds.. That's the best way I can describe it and like big plates of metals rubbing.. Wonder what they r..

Me and the wife heard some strange noises and hum/vibration that you could feel right inside our

house on Feb 11th (Sat) around 10pm and again around 12 midnight. Was very freaky, first we

thought it was a airplane taking off but it did not go away. Was a constant hum sound that got

louder at times. We are in Etobicoke south of Centennial park and it was coming from the east

towards TO or past Whitby? All I can say is you will believe when you hear it! Why is it happening, who knows?

I heard the same noise just last week, it seems to be a sound that surrounds you, as if it was coming from above and below, feels like the noise passes right thru your body in a mild wave. Freaky stuff really. Anyone else experience the sound in the same way I did?

February 4th, 2012... 6:40 AM (GTA Area) and I'm hearing the sounds again, for the third time. I don't know where that sound is coming from. If anyone is reading this... Every example sounds mechanical with pneumatic sounds...air rushing thru tubes (venting or filling underground space with air ?), the repeated cannon-like sounds heard in florida suggest a truck-sized impact drill but with no impact, a pulsed laser drill, ?

I heard that exact sound last night when I went back out to my car. I live in Mississauga east of square one mall and it was really loud. The sound was omnipresent. It was the same volume coming from all directions. And I have been given the nickname ears because I have excellent hearing and this sound is really freaking me out. @ETE3077 the trumpets won't be heard until he is coming back so he would have appreared already...on that note the sounds are real as they are under an official investigation in Windsor Ontario acompanied by vibrating it has also made the CTV by now...at any rate there will be major earthquakes in that day and we so happen to sit over the worlds largest fault line and Japan quake shifted the tatonic plates in the ocean floor..I believe we could be hearing the plates shifting major!

I live in Port Credit and heard these sounds a couple of weeks ago. There was no one outside to concur what I was hearing. I thought it be coming from the old Lakeview Generating Station but quickly dismissed that. Your video seems ligit to me. There are so many fake ones now that it's becoming harder to be taken seriously. I had forgotten about the sounds until it came up on my sympatico page. I knew nothing about all the hype when I heard the sounds so it came as a shock. Hindsight = camera!

Thanks for posting. I'll bet it was cold... the snow falling looks nice though. My perspective: I say batten down the hatches. If we think the sounds are strange now, just give it a while.
