If the diversity of the universe derived from an inbalance in initial conditions, then mathematical laws such as primes are a representative of this imbalance. Hard to concieve, but our primes may not be prime in other universes..I just wonder, math is such a basic thing, 1+1=2, singular, plural. While time in our universe is flexible, surely math cannot be as flexible? A representation of a singular instance is just that, singular - one. Boggled, baffled and tired.
