This video was taken during a roughly 10.5 mile shuttle hike from redman run trail to the northern end. If you do this shuttle hike, be prepared to hike uphill for about 1.5 miles on redman to get to the ridge. If you are going to hike the entire trail, I would start at the south end. Be sure to stash water at one of the trail junctions along the way, because there is no access to water. The views are some of the best in WV, and there are a few opportunities to see peregrine falcons up close
