naga chilli loses its hotness when cultivated in conditions other than northeastern part of india or mexico and thats y u can eat it it all da time in UK..i guess u cant d it if its exported from da india or mexico(in mexico they cultivated it after importing from india)..loss of hotness is as much as 50-60% in UK when it grows there..
