Face Blurring Video Effect Example

tutorial? someone also made the video where the blur follows the face. do you know how to do that? anyway awesome video :)

To create moving blur, you need a software like Adobe Premier or Flash Pro or Dreamweaver to import the video and create a 2nd timeline with just points where the face is on the 1st timeline. These points are called KeyFrames. Then make a little picture as big as the blur you want make a circle or square or whatever, then add the blur effect only to that square area. Link Timeline two to Timeline 3 and play... you will see the blur follow the face. It's a manual process not automated.

ok. this is all good, But do you know how we make this happen with a moving face? or a moving car that you want to blur the liscence plate? is this possible? any tool in pinacle studio to actually follow the aera selected?

yes you can blure the liscence plate on a moving car. I know how to do! Maby I can make a tutorial on that hehe.
