I didn't get it...Is this seriously saying that the black criminality rate is the fault of white people "systematically oppressing" them? It says they are 12% of population and that they are 60% of prison population and that there is something wrong. Yeah, black proclivity to crime is what's wrong. if blacks continually complain of oppression, why do they immigrate to majority white nations in europe. if they hate whites so bad why do they move into our neighborhoods. when i was a kid and kennedy and johnson were pushing for integration, we had a swimming pool in our small town. when civil rights was passed, they flooded into our pool. the whites left. the city built the blacks their own pool bigger and better than ours. they still came to our pool.
