all i know with the price and the fuel savings ill buy one. i drove a fusion in 2008 and it was a pretty nice ride on the freeway. doesn't handle like my s2000 but then neither does the camary and accord.

I wish that he would have gotten his facts right about the hybrid system on this car. The hybrid system for the Fusion is brand new done completely within Ford, not in co-operation with Toyota.

Probably not anytime soon. Ecoboost V6 will probably run for 4 years on the Taurus SHO exclusively on the Ford side (sedans).

It may get an Ecoboost 4cyl as the base engine in the future.

The only way this could get an Ecoboost V6 is if people will pay 35k for a Fusion, and I don't see that happening.

Ford reported future plans to drop the V6 in the fusion in favor of an ecoboost 4cyl with just as much as hp, if not more than the Duratec 30 or 35 V6's with 240hp and 263hp respectively

No Ecoboost yet in anything on a dealer's lot.

MKS should have Ecoboost V6 first, then the MKZ and MKT. Finally SHO, Flex and Edge are slated to get Ecoboost v6. This all starts this fall.

I have yet to hear anything confirmed regarding the Ecoboost 4, they have been very quiet with it.

No they dont suck. They actually adapted their vehicles to what people ask and they do have good engines. But what people dont get is that they cost more to buy, service and on parts. So on the long run!!!!!!!!. Every part wears and tears. So those imports dont save you anything when you do the math. But overall they came up with better quality and that's why North American shot themselves in the foot. They were too greedy

I really see no reason why any intelligent car buyer would NOT consider any of the new refreshened mid-sized trios from Ford.

The Fusion, Milan, MKZ have been some of the best built cars you can buy. The cars also, have been highly praised vehicles Ford has ever made. I can't wait to see the comparision test of these new cars versus the Accord and Camry.

Yeah , Asian Cars are just a myth. They do have good engines. Cant take that away from em. But everything else is nothing out of the blue. They do get you on service and parts. So you're not saving fuck all by buying Asian. Brakes, Shocks, springs, etc wears out, but on those imports it costs a lot more to fix.

its the ugliest of the Mustangs... I do think and basically they took a step backward with this one. Its up there in fugliness with the Mustang II from back in the day. Yea camry and accord are two seriously crappy looking cars, but why would I concern myself with those posting on a mustang video? Generally my posts are the ones that people back up or comment positively on, and seeing as how I own a SN95 Cobra and an S197 GT, I think I'm qualified to speak here.

ford doesn't get a break they make a great hybrid right when fuel gets cheap again even if it goes up its not expected to go up like it did by any means anyways if they're smart they'll keep a little bit of everything so if one thing becomes popular they can just increase production on that one model

that sounds like Asian cars. Especially Kia and Hyundai. North American cars are far more smoother ride than Asian, unless you spend over 30K for an Accord. I have a fusion. Same size as Accord. Nothing much different inside, but the price is certainly better on the Fusion as well as the servicing and parts.
