  • hello, you are a good rider good seat, but i noticed the horse is recluant and sticks his nose upwards when asking for a trot and you ask the horse to tuck in his nose to the vertical...maybe trying a chambon, would help him to strech his neck foward and down thus relaxing his back and help him to be smoother?? just a thought, i had the same problem with my mare, took a lot of work on the lunge, and a different saddle and bit.. kudos good luck on your training, steph
