I've used both cableTV and directTV and they both suck! About a month ago I was able to find something that made it possible for me to get more channels than I had on cableTV and directTV put together. Also there is no monthly fee.

DUDE..how ironic. I had that same fuking lame ass phone since it came out in April 08 to Jan 09, and it did the SAME EXACT THING. VERIZON gave me the run around and never fixed my issue. Also it will constantly freeze, and overheat. They replaced the phone 2x after I gave up. Soon after i told Verizon to kiss my ass and i dropped them. Yes i had to pay the earlier $125 term. fee, but now im with AT&T with a iphone, and had NO major problems since. Best bet to replace phone or go somewhere else.
