  • if you put your top hand at shoulder height this makes life alot easier. Karol Helms gave me this tip and it worked great. When your hand is that high that means you need to pull your body way up and throws off your balance... also drop the head i know its scary it took me a while to do... but it helps you balance since your head being dropped wont make you so arched

  • Can you do this now? Try lowering your hands a bit, just remember you have to get your hips over your hands so if your hands are too high you're making it harder than it needs to be. x x

  • It also helps if you lower the top arm, it should only be at about shoulder level on the pole before you dive into it. When it's as high as you've got it, it gives you no leverage once you're up there. Good work!

  • It helps SO much if you drop your head. I can see your form is still arched a bit because your head isnt lowered. It took me a while to get this, but now I hit it everytime! Good luck!
