  • Let me say this one more time...................People who own car's at this performance level don't give a shit about the price!!!!!!!!!!! It's all about the prestige and rarity of the vehicle. Furthermore for anyone to say it's not worth the money because or it's not that groundbreaking because are biased by there own stupidity of what car's at this level are for. Supercar's are not built to be driven they built to be owned and shown off when driven on that rare occasion. Get over it.

  • Sorry But he was he shifting from the wheel ?? Thats wild

  • @seekhim777 It's a sequential tranny dude.

  • Too bad all LFA's are already sold out!

Too bad, I was going to sell my house and buy this car. kids cans sleep in the streets jk jk.

  • @donisthabomb1 That was FUNNY!!!

  • Toyota rules. Fuck the crap gm and dodge . I wish they had gone under. maybe those lazy fat pieces of shit employees would actually start working and not using the union as a way to get out of work.

  • Well at least TOYOTA isn't OWNED by another CAR COMPANY.

    Welcome back SUPRA!

  • uhahupIRA: "I've never heard of diesel and project my flaws onto others."

I see, I never mentioned octane variants anywhere in this but you still assumed that anyway, moron. I know you're gpk24 on a different account, who else would make IRA references as an American? You're so desperate aren't you, can't leave this video or me alone.

Finally, you might want to learn the difference between professional mechanics and a "parts boy", whatever that is.

How does it feel to be consumed?

  • Sturaz uhupira pm'd me to say you are now saying that we are the same person because i am irish and he has ira in his name. wow idiot you are still stuck in La La land thinking people are obsessed with a parts boy. But hey i guess you have to over compensate when you have no selfesteem!

    good luck.

  • gpk24: "I like to make failed ad-homiem attacks because I'm incapable of sticking to cars".

Well that says it all. You expect me to think that 2 users all find the same person on the same video, all use the same crumby spelling and grammar, all Corvette queers, all use the same 'insults', one shows up and a few of your comments get deleted at the same time, all come back on here every week or so and then expect me to believe you're different? No, the PM won't wash I'm afraid.

    Try again, clown.

  • Sturaz You dont know much about the inline 5 do you? Being that it just had a fully built engine installed, head with the works, a P&P'd Garret GT3076R, KW coilovers and 911TT brakes ect ect... it would ass rape anything you own thats for sure. Not to mention the other cars. Infact i just Special ordered rims from Team Dynamics in the UK. But think what you like.

  • @gpk24

I'm not really talking about the engine, more the whole car. You constantly brag about how well you're doing with house sales, 'your Z06', the cars you're buying and then you turn up in a souped up 15 year old Volvo. You just sound like one of the "ricers" you constantly pick on, only your car is Swedish instead.

Also, please enlighten me as to how the rims make the car better and how you'll harness 400bhp through the front wheels. This should be good.

  • STURAZ Millions of Irish live in the US you idiot!!!! g24 is CDN by the way. Look at his profile. Clucthing at straws are we. Stop your BS... you at a parts counter guy. A Professional HAAAAAA!!!!!!

  • uhahupIRA: "I don't know what a mechanic is and I use sock accounts to try and mask my previous failings on videos and I've become so obsessed and enraged I left a comment on all of your videos."

That's what I thought when I logged on this morning. You must be smashing your keyboard with rage by now, so angry. Are you not embarrassed that you've been comsumed by someone who lives thousands of miles away over the internet. Pathetic, get help.

  • What about sailorenlil and UB170??? They both have commented on here lots of times! are they obsessed with you? You really are a very sad person. How paranoid do you sound now? WOW this is funny.

  • @gpk24

If you look at their profiles you'll see we all have different interests. Hell, sailorenlil is from the Philippines and likes Japanese cars. You, uhahupIRA and ledgegeg12 are on basically all ZR1 vs GT-R vids bashing Japanese cars at the same time all the time, both claim to be Irish, apart from ledgegeg who appears to have a bog eye and sandwich fascination instead.

    I think it's pretty clear cut, that's what's funny.

  • Sturaz: WOW you really are paranoid!! But you always have been. LOL what else can i say! You are parnoid freak, and im still the one that laughs last! Talking about Profiiles, how come all your friends are so fuckin stupid? What kind of loser are you to have such pathetic soudind/looking friends!

    This just gets better!

  • @gpk24: "I like making countless ad-hominiem attacks because I know nothing about cars and project my own paranoia onto others".

I thought so, no wonder you can't leave me or my videos alone for 5 minutes without returning as you or someone else. That's paranoid for you, son.

My friends are stupid? Have you met them? And even if they were, what's it got to do with you? You're really desperate for arguments now. Speaking of which, why can't you afford a car better than a nackered old Volvo?

  • @StuRaz Are you really that fucked up. I am lauging my head off at how fuckin nuts you sound! I dont know who gp24 is... sorry. How pathetic are you? LOSER.

  • I'm nuts? Says you fighting a war on all of my videos, spending all your life trying to get one over on me. Must be so annoying.

  • @StuRaz

Did you mention anything about weight distribution or LSD??? NO! You just got owned saying something as stupid as lets see 400hp going through FWD?? You dont know shit KID!

What an IDIOT when theres 10 second FWD Volvo's FFS! Or 8.00min Volvo 850s at the ring.Plus my car already has an LSD you moron!!

Pick a topic you can stay on next time. Dont change it just because i made you look so fuckin stupid again! my "Volvo" is faster than "anything" you own, now that is Funny!!

  • gpk24: "I like confirming things you said about me".

Actually, my initial comment covered all of those but in your reply you completely missed the point. When I asked how it harnesses that power I was expecting you to tell me how an FWD car copes comfortably. Ford went to great lengths when developing the Focus RS (please don't tell me you don't know where I'm going here) so I doubt you can harness 400bhp comfortably.

Finally, you don't know what I own so why even bother saying that?

  • Even someone with the most basic understanding of a drivetrain would know where I was heading but you missed it completely, showed me videos that were completely irrelevant and then accused me of changing the topic.

I find it very hard to believe that Ford can't properly harness 300bhp through the front wheels but you can put 400bhp comfortably through the front wheels of a 15 year old Volvo without issues. Dare I ask how badly it torque steers or handles?

  • @StuRaz Suspension,Camber,LSD and proper boost control work wonders my friend! Its very easy to control TS when the car is dialed in. Watch this again watch?v=8UPqjAN3-C8 even on a cold track this T5 is haulin at the Ring!

I still prefer RWD on the track, but the Volvo T5s are much more than most would think! Even Audi has gone back to the 5 cyl.

Anyways, as much as i love M3s the look on the face of an M3 owners face is priceless when i walk them!

  • I'm really struggling to think how any of what you just listed, apart from the limited slip diff, will help eliminate torque steer at all.

I also know of several cars that use a 5 cylinder engine but I wouldn't say it makes them any better than they could have been with a different layout. The Land Rover Discovery has one but that doesn't make it brilliant.

Finally, what type of M3? I can say in almost complete confidence that I could walk you in an E92 based on what I know about your T5-R.

  • @StuRaz What else can i say. Its all about how the car is setup. I never said FWD is the best route. If you think that all you end up with is TS all over the place then you need to drive my car to see how well it works.

    watch?v=2tfKWWJWHqM 100-200km BMW M3 E92 11sec

    vs

watch?v=3N_Pe6lG-sI 8 8 sec100-200km 850 T5 with a smaller Turbo than mine! As shown on the Ring vid this 850 would have an E92 shitting its pants.

Anyways, you dont own any M3!

  • I know it's how the car is setup but you didn't list anything that I can see even slightly curing torque steer or stratospheric understeer from a FWD car kicking out 400bhp. Hell, Ford with all their experience and know how can't properly harness 300bhp through the front wheels so if you're telling the truth fuck knows what's fitted to yours. You've clearly rinsed their best development team.

You mentioned the M3, not me, but if I did have one I'd happily challenge you given the oppurtunity.

  • Stratoepheric understeer lol! I think if you payed some attention that Ring vid you would understand that even on a cold track with street tires pulls the same time as a E92

If you have KW Coilovers, IPD sways, HD endlinks and proper camber plates, an 850/S70 can blast around a track with NO stratospheric issues!

In a straight line, a 420HP T5 will ass rape an E92 BMW. Why is that? the inline 5 Turbo is a TRQ monster. Same HP as an M3 but way more trq

Next M3 needs the Turbo V8! monster then

  • Well I still lie open to persuasion because I doubt that in the right hands of both machines the M3 is just the better sorted car and will end up on top, but if anything that's giving credit to the Volvo, IF it is properly capable, for being able to compete.

Next M3 is supposed to be a twin turbo straight 6 unit. I don't really like the idea but I'm sure it will be a good engine regardless. The NA V8s and V10s from the M Division will be most favoured amongst true enthusiasts though.

  • @StuRaz for the track the M3 is an awsome car and the better car!

  • @gpk24

I'd say it's better all round for build quality and refinement. But it wouldn't be fair to criticise the Volvo in that capacity with it being a much older car.

  • @gpk24 never compare the m3 to this elegant supercar.

  • @Miike92 Gpk24/ledgegeg12/uhahupIRA, whoever he decided to log in as, wasn't doing that. He was comparing an M3 to a clapped out nackered 15yr old Volvo T5 that he claims he's souped up on his driveway that he thinks is an M3 beater. He seemed to have a very torrid time describing what he had done to it exactly so he's probably lying as per usual.

  • @StuRaz oh okay

  • @StuRaz oh okay that sounds more reasonable

  • Watch the top gear version, it is wayyyyyyyy better than this video. This guy puts me to sleep.

  • Comment removed

  • This has to the worst quality vid!

  • ???????

  • Clutching at straws much, ledgegeg12?

  • @StuRaz

No, just wondering why someone has a such an interest in that. Most adults dont?

Whats wrong Counterboy nobody interetsted in your vids anymore LOL

ANOTHER FAILED VIDEO BY STURAZ THE PARTS BOY!!!

  • @ledgegeg12

Making more ad-homineim attacks to fein intelligence you don't posses are you?

If you hate the video then don't keep coming back to it every few days to make your gpk24 is okay. Maybe you should get a job before criticising others, dunce.

  • And no, I'm one of the professional mechanics diagnosing faults and giving customers a prognosis on their cars. You will probably understand my role when your miserable heap of shit is towed back to the dealership when you fill it with the wrong fuel.

And, you say nobody is interested in my videos? 360,000+ upload views don't lie. Another failed comment from ledgegeg12, hopeless overweight queer.

  • Sturaz you really dont know shit about cars do you!

TDR are known for producing the lightest wheels on the market. By dropping the rotational mass you increase your speed. Its very simple stuff!

What dont you get about 400hp in a FWD Volvo?? watch an learn KID!

    watch?v=8UPqjAN3-C8 430hp with a smaller GT2871R

    watch?v=pQJYvBae8SI 535-591hp

    watch?v=ZIp7Ml5C9rY 700HP

    watch?v=dyfUzkKzvCY 600+hp

Now how funny is that! lol

  • gpk24: "I don't understand cars, limited slip differentials or weight distribution and pretend to laugh off my own ignorance because I didn't have a rebuttal from the previous comment."

I see. I don't really see the point in reducing the outboard weight when the weight distribution of the car is heavily loaded over the front end anyway. Those videos you linked me (the two that worked) both complain about understeer, so congrats on owning yourself.

  • Nope, racers like Germany's Michael Schumacher (THE most successful race driver ever - as in 7 F1 World Championships) are an extremely rare breed (in fact the only other guy who could come close to Schumacher's success was Spain's Juan Manuel Fangio with 5 World Championships, back in the late 50's). In terms of which country produced the most F1 champion drivers, that credit goes to Britain (10!), with such greats like Jackie Stewart, Jim Clark, Graham Hill, and Nigel Mansell to name a few.

  • Correction: Fangio is from Argentina, not Spain.

  • @sailorenlil ??????????????

  • @sailorenlil whats with all the cartoon stuff?

  • Got a problem with that? You sure sound like one of those obsolete minded victorian-age oafs who tend to stereotype stuff. Perhaps you've never head of "Adult Swim" on the Cartoon Network? Or visited an Anime-con? You'll be surprised at how many adults are into that kind of entertainment, especially Anime; then again, Japan eg hasn't been brainwashed by Walt Disney et al into the mentality of Animation=kid's entertainment. Better brace yourself in case you encounter the stuff called "Hentai"

  • Well you clearly know nothing about how businesses work. So lets leave it there.

You think a video of you driving a Corvette will teach me anything? Like what? I don't care about your ricer-esque Corvette. Nice try at changing the subject, yet again.

So, you are these world class championship racing drivers you keep forgetting to tell me about? I think I'm starting to get the picture. There are none, are there? You have literally no idea. Admit it.

    P.S. Jan Magussen isn't American.

  • Comment removed

  • @gpk24

I dont care if you believe me or not. I think that the fact you took all your track videos down for no reason and then coincidently your computer crashed is bull but whatever you say.

And they're half decent, what major trophies have they won recently? I just named British drivers, I could name all of Europe's (since that's more fair) but I didn't want to embarrass you. You also listed Ken Block who's never won anything and Jan Magnussen who isn't even American. Classic.

  • If all you're going to do is pick holes in my job (which isn't relevant but all a pen-pushing con artist like you has to go by) then you might as well stop commenting as nobody reading is interested. I wanted to work with cars, not sit behind a desk all day.

And, something else I noticed, you don't know anything about any car other than ZR1 vs GT-R related cannon fodder. You know fuck all about anything else.

  • I think StuRaz was referring to drivers of motorsports OUTSIDE North America. You know Formula 1, the British Touring Car Championships, the WRCs, etc. And in those deparments, I agree. Eg There hasn't been an F1 world champion from the US since Mario Andretti in 1978, and the last American to race in F1 (Scott Speed) not only didn't live up to his name, he was a complete nutcase (thankfully he was quickly fired by team Torro Roso, and replaced by rising German ace Sebastian Vettel).

  • Scott Speed is the best name any one could have for race car driver. He was a bit wild though!

  • Except that he was practically nothing compared to even the guy who replaced him, Sebastian Vettel (never mind champions like MIchael Schumacher). Scott Speed didn't even score a point throughout his 2-year F1 career with Scuderia Toro Rosso, meaning he was dead last overall (Vettel though gave that same team their one and only race victory much later on).

  • @sailorenlil Well whatever, i just like the the name. To bad he couldnt live up to it!

  • Just wait to see Corvette win the GT2 championship this year! The corvette team has already been testing and are very happy with the new 5.5L engine! But im sure you will just start crying because it not F1. Oh, and i do love F1 racing, infact i was at the Montreal race a few yrs back!

  • I don't really care if it wins or not, I said American racing drivers, not American cars. It will be funny if it doesn't though after you hype Corvettes up so much.

Did you miss the part where I mentioned Richard Burns, Colin McRae, Jason Plato, Martin Brundle and Alan McNish? All successfull out of F1 in Le Mans and WRC? Or was it just more convenient for you to ignore it?

I haven't been to a GP race since I went to Spa back in 2007. It's a brilliant circuit.

  • @StuRaz I dont have to hype the Corvettes up! Look at what the ZR1 has done in the last 2 yrs on the track! Speaking of hype, did you see what time the Lambo LP670 put down at the Ring? 7.42... which i dont understand at all! Thats only .9 sec faster than the Z06 time in 2005!

  • @gpk24

I know, it's impressive, but they still have their faults and there's still a lot I don't like about them when it comes to build quality and luxury etc.

I hadn't heard about that but if it's true then I agree it's a bit poor by a 670bhp car's 'standards'. The Murcielago is getting on a bit though and personally If I wanted a Lambo for lap times I'd take one of the Gallardo variants. I think the LP-670 would work better on the average race circuit compared to the bumpy 'Ring.

  • Check the Ring lap times, it has the info there!

  • Surely something is wrong there. It's 2 seconds slower than an LP-640.

  • If you had no control then why didn't you say sooner? You pretended that they did but you didn't have an answer and now you look like an idiot.

For the record, some of those drivers only had a handful of podiums to their name with no world Championship trophies. Ken Block has never ever won a WRC event, he's a stunt professional. That's like comparing Russ Swift to Michael Schumacher.

I'm 25 years old and working my way up the ladder with cars. So I'm not a failure, unlike your inbred self.

  • Do try and stay on topic you uneducated loser. Pack pedalling out of yet another discussion.

You just listed Jan Magnussen as an American, pathetic. Using Europeans won't sneak past me. I thought I'd list F1 drivers as it is the fastest, most difficult, highest profile and most expensive motor sport on Earth. If that's too good for you then I'll name some others. Richard Burns, Colin McRae, Jason Plato, Martin Brundle, Alan McNish.

    Got it yet?

  • You just listed Jan Magnussen who is Danish! What a retard!

No wonder you deleted your comment!

  • It does get better indeed, I've asked 3 times yet and you've still failed to name any world class American racing drivers. So, name a few US racing champions in recent years. I'm waiting. Answer mine first.

Funny how the UK, despite apparently having bad roads and constant bad weather and being a small island, can produce drivers like Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton, Graham Hill, Damon Hill, Jackie Stewart, Stirling Moss, Nigel Mansell etc. That's not even mentioning the rest of Europe!

  • Comment removed

  • I'd kill to have this! :/

  • I simply love this car!

  • With this guy's voice and Image... it looks like a 1980 commercial

  • doesnt the enzo run a 7:24?? if so end of story

  • @DrJCCC20 no the LFA runs 7:24 enzo runs 7:25 ish

  • @Miike92 nice, if people look at it like that its a bargin

  • Lexus make this supercar but they didn't make any profit from it... How could they do that?

  • I think Toyota just want to prove the point of they can make supercars too. They'll make profit back from making that renewed AE86, the rumored successor Supra, and all their happy Prius. Besides Nissan's new GTR pretty smacked all the major JP car makers. LFA is a responds to threat hahaha. I mean they've been at it for 10 years. Why bring it out now.

  • @babymegatron the lfa and gtr arent in the same league.

  • Thanks for stating the obvious.

Point is, when company B comes out with a leading product in certain area; company A would try to overtake the title. If LFA never came out, GTR will still be in people's mind as the fastest stock car from Japan.

  • @babymegatron

Why? In my eyes, the GT-R is just a sports car, this is a flat out supercar. They're both different. It would be like comparing the Maserati Quatraporte to the Ferrari Enzo.

  • Well... Maserati have the MC12 that's suppose to be faster than Enzo, and that's pretty much it. There has always been a internal Japanese war about who's able to make the fastest road legal car. GT-R's performance is in supercar zone, even though it's price isn't. Still we're comparing cars through rival companies. I doubt you can say Ferrari and Maserati are in the same arena. You would with Toyota and Nissan.

  • @StuRaz

Well, there are those that classify the GT-R as a supercar, Jay Leno being one of them, though mainly on the grounds that the GT-R is the first Japanese sports car to be built from the ground up with over 275bhp - you know the "gentleman's agreement" thing. And then again so does Top Gear Australia, at least based on their test track laptimes, and the GT-R did fit their bill.

  • @sailorenlil

I'm in no way trying to discredit the GT-R, it's a great car. What I'm saying is (for me) it lacks that 'wow factor' in the same way that Corvettes do to a degree. There's no sense of flair, very much a purpose built car without any real 'X factor' like you get with an Italian exotic with a plush interior and design flair that makes it special and unique.

Do you see what I mean?

  • Well if you go by those definitions yes. My view of a supercar is much more on performance (HP/Handling). Otherwise, a car doesn't have to be a supercar to give me that "wow factor" (eg the older Nissan Skyline GT-R's somehow give me that, despite having around half the HP of the present GT-R).

  • I understand you completely. Although, if I held your position, I'd have to concede that extreme performance cars like Radicals, Caterhams, Atoms and Ultimas are supercars too; and they're really not.

  • OH OH Sturaz just said that the love of you're life has no sense of flair.... NO wow factor! At least the LFA sounds the part compared to the boring sound of the GTR! I think this car will wipe the Spec Vs ass... dont you!

  • Only thing is flair is something much more subjective than say Perfornance. Clarkson had a similar opinion on the GT-R which he made clear during that car vs Bulltet train race, and I respect that as much as he respects the GT-R's amazing performance where it counts, like on the Top Gear Test Track.

  • Yeah, so come on, enlighten us. How is it that in your uneducated brain thinks that the UK is useless for performance cars and has bad race tracks but we have produced the last two F1 World Champions and yet the US, which is a motor sport heaven (according to you), can't even win a sport that just involves driving in a circle?

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • Us meaning everyone who's reading. And I had to laugh at the whole city wiped out by a flood in the 'ideal supercar country'. That was one flood and the one of few on record that has even caused moderate damage. More bullshit from the GayPornKing. Has Jim Mero closed the gap on you yet?

Speaking of which, stop dodging the question. How is it that America can't make a good racing driver with all their great roads and racing tracks? Or are you lying again?

  • Comment removed

  • ya... I get what your saying. The numbers GT-R scored is in supercar regent. I mean just compare the GTR to the v10 R8; it's got better lap time and I believe the GTR is faster to 60. Then to the ZR1 it's extremely close on everything. Most people would consider the R8 and ZR1 as supercar, just not that exotic. I'm not a big GTR fan and I know when we normally think of supercar we think Enzo, McLaren, or Carrera GT.

  • Although it is a higher end import, the Import Mod Junkies that buy Nissans and ToySups will have fun with this one. Just think of the MOD possibilities. You'll see this version of Lexus(Glorified Toyota) being modded with twin turbros with HP at 1,200+. Just think of the possibilities people.

  • @guitarbasix

This is not a Supra and has nothing to o with the 2jz. Nobody is going to spend that much on a rare car just to modify it. Nobodys going to make aftermarket parts for it because nobody will risk something going wrong with it. Replace parts will be too hard to find.

  • How much? Is the price like that to keep it exclusive or were they on something when they decided it?

  • In English money it's £340,000.

And yeah it's limited edition, but name comes into it, It's still a Lexus. I think the car is very good, but it's not groundbreaking in any way. I mean, you could have any current production Lamborghini or Ferrari for less than this car.

Like I said in the description, Lexus have no prestige. I like the car, but given that much money to spend I still wouldn't buy it. I wish it all the best though.

  • I like the Lexus brand to be honest. I've had a few myself. They're very relaxing and I never had a problem with any of mine over huge mileages.

Its a shame its so much money or I'd possibly consider one.

  • I like them too, but it's a bit arrogant to introduce a whole new supercar with no prestige with a price like that. It would be a bit like Saab making an identical car, while Saab on their own are okay (Lexus are better than Saab by the way, just an example) they don't have any wow factor to them.

It would help if the car had any real unique selling points but I don't see any. The gearbox is outdated as well.

  • Exactly. It makes it even more of a joke price when you think what an ultima costs and the amount of rocords they hold.

  • Brand image is very important to you then?

  • @toyouall

It's not essential, but considering I could have any Lamborghini or Ferrari, Noble M600 + several others; it's not going to be my first choice.

  • point taken.

  • @StuRaz they want be as fast nor as rare

  • You're right, too.

I remember when the first Lexus' came over and they had to price them low so everyone didn't ignore them and just buy BMW / Mercedes.

Maybe if they'd started with a sports car at a little under the normal selling prices then built up it would have been better.

It really is a bit cheeky to jump straight in and ask that kind of money. Fair play if it was the fastest/most powerful or something but there's plenty of competition that can match it at around half the cost.

  • @siraff2 they did is-F

  • This car isn't about making money. Word is even with the ridiculously high price, the company is still losing money on each car!

This is a prestige car to show Toyota/Lexus can make a "Ferrari".

  • @liyon316

Yeah, but that's all it is. It's nothing really new or groundbreaking.
