It's really more the buttcrack of Chicago if you think about it...right between the two ass cheeks of little village and pilsen. The dark, sweaty, nasty part in the middle is right by the jail and the industrial corridor on blue island.
do you know who the developers are, I'm interested in the other building they metioned on Oakley and Blue Island?
