I have followed some on the news but I don't understand why people where not better prepared. I've seen footage of people standing on the roof of their car etc.This has been going on for roughly 2 weeks would the normal reaction just be to grab some stuff and getthe heck out off there?!Its sad for all the flood victims sir lanka pakistan etc ..We laugh we cry and we hurt in the same way no matter of your skin color religon etc this sad!
