The front strut is installed using shrink tubing, the rear wire gear is installed in the upper carbon rod. It is kind of a press fit once it is all together, works very well and simple.
Yes I will post a flying video, the weather has been very bad.

@MrBrandonUlmer Did you solder the landing gear axle to the cross bars on the floats??
