I can't get over just how focused the cheetah is; never taking its eyes off the gazelle. It barely even blinks. And at the end, when the cheetah finally clamps its jaws on the gazelle's throat, it could just be the slow-mo effect, but I can't help but think that the gazelle is going out with dignity. This is life at its rawest form.

There are many spiecies of gazelles. Like tomsons gazelle, grants gazelle, mongolian gazelle, dorcas gazelle, etc etc.

There is no such thing as a ''regular gazelle. All the gazelles belong to the family - bovidae.

deer are in the family - cervidae.

And there are no cervids in sub-saharan Africa. So the animal the cheetah was chasing counldnt have been a deer. Besides -its abviously a tomsons gazelle
