you wouldn't cheat if you made sure you were satisfied. Waking up and having a big fruit smoothie first thing and working out will help. Then eat whole fruit and eat 2big salads and eat fruit and drink water all day. You really shouldn't be hungry.
Hi there and yes your advice is sound.. my challenge is that often I eat, not because I'm hungry, but to stuff emotions back down. I guess I'm just going to start letting them surface and deal with them and release them instead :)

Yes! he's great isn't he. I've been off the wagon big style and am just starting juicing/smoothies again this week. What you're doing sounds really hardcore!!! Good luck :) Juicing loads of greens is fab but I like to put some lemon in with it and maybe sweeten with some apple or pineapple.
the amusing thing about the raw food diet is it's impossible to stick too long term ... obviously it's the way we should eat ... clean, non processed, we all know the drill ... just not so easy in reality ... glad you've been honest about your endulgence every day ... my guess is you'd have dropped 6 lbs easy if you didn't touch the ice-cream ... sugar/carbs are a magnet for water, dropping that alone will strip the weight & lean you up ... good luck long term :)

If you wish, you could look into the "thin and happy" method. It's for women only. They finally got a video on YouTube. It's the healthiest method out there, and you get actually to ENJOY the process.
That's really sweet of you to say and thanks for telling me about that other method although I'm going to continue on my raw food journey .. as I do actually love the food - the way it looks, tastes and smells and want to get to the point where I just don't think about food except to enjoy the experience of it.. make it part of my way of life :)
