  • Do you carry an extra chain with you. I only ask because I am going to be cycling through south america in a few months and i was wondering if i should take that or not?

  • Great video. You've got some great ideas/suggestions.

Doing my best to keep on pedalin'... Just finished my trip last month. Only a short weekend ride, but loved being on the road. have a look if you get the chance.

Keep up the great vids, and ride safely!

  • Video is interesting and useful for those who need it

  • Your missing the point...

  • the battery is not as juicy. thanks for the humor

  • brother...plz dont keep your water next to your phone! :( - epic bike tours! i love love it! :D

  • Without skepticism we'd still be sacrificing our first-born children in order to assure a good harvest. Skeptics help us judge what's truly useful and to weed out what's useless or harmful.

There are way too many scam artists out there - that's why we need skeptics.

  • cool guy!!!!

  • Instead of carrying a small tripod I use a G-clamp type of camera holder that I clamp on to the pushbike thus converting the bike into a tripod.( bike has a aluminum stand). The one I got is made of some alloy, it has a screw attachment to screw into a tree or timber.{made in Germany} I bought it years ago. I have seen similar designs in cam shops but they are made of plastic. Hope this is useful info.

  • true health is nature...not out of a bottle or shop-bought enzymes!

Still, im not a hater...you should be proud whether you made it or not.

Live your way, its the only way.

  • @sikogunn ha ha, made me laugh ! Buying products does seem a little removed from nature. Common sence, good atitude, experiance on your gear, and lots of love, schedules are what kills my soul. I hike , bike, ocean kayak, love it all.

  • Dude. You've clearly gone wrong somewhere with your concept of nutrition if you're bringing an enema with you. Seriously.

  • i got a gt performer bmx bike.im 31 years old i weight 210lbs im thinking of riding around the world. me my bike and 20 bags of doritos think i can do it?

  • @5150santana heck ya!

  • @5150santana no but upgrade to a kuwahara laserlite kz84 and your good to go.

  • I bet he blazes it with that lighter

  • Weirdo

  • Hey,Dan do you ever use any insect repellents?

  • Dan could you please put up a link for that Tanya Avasta shampoo....

...been trying to find a decent shampoo for a few weeks now, no luck yet though...

    Thanks

  • talk about packing light, too much stuff!!! still enjoy videos.

  • naked muscle man :D

  • sweet life and technology! you deserve it man! love your videos! they keep me raw and motivated!

  • hey dan, what's the container salt for?

  • Always inspirational and educational - thanks for sharing

  • @lost8wizard.........thank you. you did word it well. and this is truth. It just never resonates will me well when someone feels the need to back up and explain their comments. it doesnt FEEL like energy to me. it feels like apology. or like backing up. i dont think we need to IGNORE people. love and light

  • haha :D your grandchildren will love you !

Thanks for showing us your gear - interesting

  • Dan, amazing bro. Let me know when you ll be in LA would love the meet you.

  • LOL

Dan, you are sooo American... safety, electric, supplement stuff galore!

Don't start to depend too much on the industrial infrastructure.

    Next step, grow your own?

  • thanks for showing us! super-great!

  • Cool!

  • so hes biking? for how long? i dont get it

  • Wow! i didn't know you could do an enema with one of those bags!!! Lol! I learned something again Dan. Running out to k-mart tomorrow lol

  • Hey Dan, forget the naysayers. If you're riding 125 miles in one day, or even 100 or 75 eat the truffles, the honey, the enzymes, the supplements. As far as being raw is concerned you have to be 99%, and doing that as far as you've ridden I'd say that's an A+. Besides you're carrying all that gear and a trailer.

In response to someones comment below about soap, I think you'll find Dr. Bronners to be just about edible. A shot of Dr. Bronners Peppermint in the morning will wake you up!

  • I excited to see you do this 130 mile ride down the coast. Can't wait to see if you do the Forest Gump thing and keep going to the east coast.

  • Ride on.

  • When I was your age LOL!!!!!!!!!

  • That's a scary looking movie Dan... you're not a narc are you? :-)

  • Very interesting video. Thank you Dan.

    Cheers!

  • I think its cool you trying to be all natural but I noticed your water bottle was a Fiji. Please tell me you reuse this bottle and if not your should watch this trailer on youtube.... FLOW - Official Theatrical Trailer

ps. where is all your hemp products. Very natural and you can get almost everything made from hemp.

  • I think its great your trying to be all natural but I noticed a bottle of Fiji water. Please tell me you reuse this bottle and if not you should check out this.....

  • please dont give the nay-sayers any energy. every evolving human i know is looking at raw food or already eating them. consciousness will draw them, and you do not need to spend one second of your existence addressing attacks. keep riding.

  • @joanheron1 "please dont give the nay-sayers any energy."

That's not how the collective works to bring this world into aliment .... Give energy to all that need it but bring in more energy then you give... Dig it! Om

    Peace bro!

  • @Lost8Wizard

    bring this world into Alignment

  • u seem to have put some thought into equipping for a ride, much-much better suggestions are yours compared to what a gym teacher once told me(although i'm sure he wanted to keep it simple with the speech): all you need, he said, is some carbohydrate snacks for the ride and that's it .. hahahax

  • way 2go._)_Dan!

  • Dan you rock!! Have a great ride :))

  • My formula leaves out the supplements but it´s all good.

  • i love chocolate, Dan just keep ya head up m8 :)

  • So cool, Dan! So cool...

  • So cool, Dan. So cool!!! Have a fabulous ride!

  • :D! <3 <3

  • Oh my Gawd... @ 8:05 you began to sound just like my neighbor!!

With re: the enema bag...(I guess I'll be the one to ask this one)......Are you using sterile H20 of some kind or????

  • Mad honey love LG! i actuially have a jar next to me.lol! Major health boosts, no alergies!!!!!!!!! How do you eat your royal jelly?

  • I have those riding gloves! Awesome! :-D

  • Anyone sending hate comments and judgment or judging for eating a few sweets is basically missing the whole point to everything. An alcoholic throws too much of a bad thing into their bodies. A raw food enthusiast throws tons of good stuff into their bodies so the bad stuff is almost completely nullified.

  • Good luck Dan. You'll manage it.

  • Dan for President!!!!

  • 0.o

  • Not only are you inspirational but you are also a hilarious comedian in this vid. Oh, and thanks for showing us your douchebag!

  • Great job Dan... you keep doing what you need to do inside.. great inspiration

  • Great accent! hahaha

  • "yeaaahhh, a lighter dude.." haha that cracked me up

But I saw you had some coconut oil, I love that stuff!! but i'm just curious how you use it?

  • Crap. I'm jealous of your adventure. And now I know how to do what you do. Guess I'll have to do it too!

  • You are well prepared Dan. Put some honey on your skin and absorb the glucose as you ride with no digestion required. Actually I just made that up lol. Sounds like it would work though eh? I should invent honey patches ; )

  • @canadianwargod I just patented it. You sqeeze onto a synthetic honey tablet lol

  • Dan here's 7,000 documents of why enzymes and chocolate is bad, haha, just kiddin' man. I wouldn't know if they're helpful or not since I've never experienced them....so it seems many people foolishly hate on things they've never experienced, just like raw foods.

  • the only thing on my heart is the oil dumping into the gulf... constantly.. at a cool 1 mil gallons per day... we are in deep trouble... much love all

  • @desire4liberation I feel you. I live in Pensacola, Fl right now, my hometown. All the poor wildlife, and the ocean.......all that will die and suffer has been on my mind all week. This is the most beautiful white beach I have ever seen in my life, and I hat to think of what it will look like by the end of this week!

  • nutiva hemp seeds ROCK! sending you a love message dan, you are totally rocking our world out here. inspiration!

  • You're the best Dan!! Very inspiring as always! One of the best Youtube channels ever!

  • U R SO FAB!

Learning so much from U, thank U.

I used to worry endlessy about people's judgement of what & how & why I eat & live the way I do. Whenever they asked me what do I do to get such great skin, sparkly eyes, shinny hair, to look so young, to have so much energy, to be so calm & so on, I always tell them the truth: "RAW FRUIT & VEGETABLES", but every time BANG! their reaction is criticism & judgement. I used to feel so hurt but no anymore! Now I apply the LifeRegenerator Philosophy ;D

  • dan, lighten up alittle.

  • Royal Jelly rules! =D

  • Dude do you get tired of hotels????

  • DYING LAUGHING!!! This is a great video... I love the grandpa Dan voice!!! I have full faith in you... sending safe thoughts & blessings right NOW! I know you will make it DAN! NO Judgement from ME!!! Your body is a machine & you know what is best for you Dan!

  • :D cool, dan!

  • "Please help me, I'm starving to death or whatever"... Ha Ha! You are funny and great to listen to Dan. Thanks for everything you offer Dan!

  • u are a great packer, u have everything !!!!! what do u use the coconut oil 4 ????? have safe fun - the old Dan talking was funny !!!!

  • Hey Dan just showing the life regenerator some LOVE! I wanted to say the bike touring videos are Great and pretty intense. This is something new I never see from ya Dan. Keep on going man. We all look forward to seeing your next adventure!~

  • Dan!!! How could you with those chocolates :)

Dude. I love you, plain and simple. Also loved that grandpa bit, that owned big time!!!!

Keep it up, hope ya make it. Remember that you are blessed as the son of God.

  • You are one organized dude, Dan.

  • I can really feel your energy building and your excitement too. I don't know if you know but with the iphone you can save power by turning off location devices in general options and lowering screen brightness too. Also putting it in airplane mode. Tip for others. Spend the money on shoes and sleeping bag, if you're not in one, you're in the other.

    Great video mate

    Love to you and Krista.

  • No negative comments from me mate, heck, i'm still chuffing down burgers every so often. although learning not too. Your kit looks very comprehensive and has given me a few things to check out like the shampoo, enzymes and enema thing. that will be a first for me, must have courage Ian lol. Only thing i would possibly add is a water purifier like a little pump one. I'm into bushcraft and a bit of a kit junky so i love doing ultimate lists of kit for things like this.

  • @DrSeptember You are so funny and the same thing will happen to you that has happened and is happening to all those on your list above! I can tell you are very much an amateur when it come to REAL HEALTH! Honey is awesome! Enzymes save lives and the best clinicians I have worked with all use them and they have WAY more experience than you my son! Those truffles tasted great and Homer Simpson knows how to enjoy life! Supplements are VERY useful at certain times! All the hygenists get sick/weak...

  • @liferegenerator Sucks that the guy didn't watch the video close enough to know you didn't give a flip about these negative comments.

  • @liferegenerator I thought you said in one of your video's not to use shampoo and skin creams I haven't been using them cuz you said it soaks into ur skull into ur brain and messes wth ur mind but ur usng shampoo I'm confused please tell me is it ok to uses skin creams and shampoo?

  • @holylok Only if they are essentially edible! If an ingredient on its own would not be safe to eat, then do not put it on your skin. That is the only guideline... When I had said not to use shampoo and creams, I had meant the standard varieties found in stores. I am sorry about the confusion. Of course we all need to wash our hair, clean our bodies, and moisturize our skin at times, etc. Please wash your hair asap! I feel bad now. :D

  • @liferegenerator

    I just use soap enit

  • Comment removed

  • @holylok You can find "safe" shampoo's, creams, etc. in health food stores. Keep away from anything that contains Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (sp?) or Flouride as well!!

  • @DrSeptember Yes, but obviously you cannot fast while doing 100 miles day on your bike. YOu have to modify your lifestyle to meet your needs. There's nothing wrong with any of those products. It is all about intuition, and on a trip like this you do what you need to sustain yourself and your efforts. Whatever works for you does NOT work for everybody. Each person has seek out what is optimal for themselves. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PERFECT SINGLE FORMULA THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE AT ANY TIME!!

  • @DrSeptember Everyone has their own paradigms man. The diet is constantly evolving. Dan has already been through those paradigms you speak of above and is now branching his awareness outward. Let him, k?
