Wow, this is such a GREAT song. Really really awesome. ...Wish I could buy this on a record... Let me guess, yet another track that her label buried in their quest to keep her boxed in to the Hollywood formula? (jerks!)

Anyway, I hope this and some of her other material turns up in album form at some point. This is a classic- all of KC's work is always worth shelling out for. This is no exception.

I think that if there was an issue with copy write then it would have already been addressed. I doubt the song would have stayed released, and I hardly doubt Kelly gives a crap. Personally I don't like either, I have just found my way into these similar songs after watching Xam'd.

i doubt she'd ever make an album with music JUST like this...

THXXDLOL, I think it's the happy twangy tune of the two songs and the slight cynical tone that makes them rather similar.

Hoping the label won't try to cramp Kelly's style again. My December could have done loads better with RCA's support. I hope her new album is going for a country/folksy style next.
