@gerbilater the USA is catching up with counterfeiters here.....we now have imbedded magnetic strips, water marks and color shifting printed numbers not to mention that the paper used is a special rag fibre with blue and red tiny hairs in it. As a coin and currency collector I have often wondered for "years" why we waited so damn long to even have multi-color bills.
