one of the most excellent videos of all time. creativity of it is an A+. This group knows how to captivate its fans. I base music talent on pure experience and heart and this is one of the best.
ozo513 u fail u know just as much about what happens when u die as i do which is not a damn thing u do not know if there is a god and are ill-informed on how the world and universe run (it has its own laws not gods). Freddy will live forever in our hearts and through all of time thanks to technology and his wonderfully creative mind
Freddie wrote the best music when he knew he was dying... If you don't believe me and you are a novice to Queen's repertoire, check out Who Wants to Live Forever, Days of Our Lives, Show Must Go On, I'm Going Slightly Mad, Made in Heaven........God I wish Freddie was still here. I just recently turned 6 when Freddie died, they say ignorance is bliss, but being so young and ignorant to the fact that the era of great music was rapidly approaching its end makes me sad today.......
@mase5701 Of the songs you listed, only the last two were written by Freddie Mercury. Not taking away from your point, but it would be more accurate to say that Freddie Mercury did some of his best SINGING when he knew he was dying.
i would like to say i am not gay but i could care less if anyone else is. there is so much more topics that need attention hunger murder child killers people who rape children etc. etc. does it really matter if they are homosexuals? i see a very smart and talented person who died from a horrible illness. why cant we focus on things that really matter?
This is a beautiful piece of operatic rock, but lets keep our heads about us, Mercury did not die a hero, he died because of his unbound sinful lust. Celebrate Jesus Christ rather than FM, only Christ can forgive and cleanse us of our sins.
@dkshotwell I believe one of the lines in Innuendo was "our lives dictated by tradition, superstition, -false religion.- Go preach your words to someone else instead of insulting Freddie's legacy.
The 1st time I've ever heard Innuendo, was during a dutch beer commericial on dutch television. From only the part of the song that goes You can be anyone, you want to be.... Be free when you're gentle. Be free, be free...
Pure art, pure perfection! Divine, surreal, superhuman! For me this piece of ultimate art is second only to BR and is the most underrated song of Queen.

This song is one of the greatest songs of all I've ever heard. It is so dramatic and all the pain and suffering Freddie had to go through is in this masterpiece of music.
amazing!after all these years-there`s still no band like queen, and i doubt it if there`ll be ever...And Freddy? He truly was King, till the end.For me he`s the most important person in history of music. Not even Elvis or MJ,not even Jimmy H...It`s Freddy..His influent is huge!uncountable! There`s a lyric in Poland4one song-"(..)It should be known..when its time to step down from the scene..Unbeaten.." - You did it Freddy..You knew..and you did..it was just much to early mate..much2 early..:(
the end was not very beautiful, we must confess....he might have died in right time, but not beautifully....i discovered him second time this year...everytime i think of him, i feel such a pain...really outstanding person...he could be representing the whole world..."My soul is painted like the wings of butterflies"... as if he meant: i'm in everyone and everyone is in me...i dont know...
what a pity what a shame freddie died that way some might say. but how would all of you remember him if he didn't die in 1991?? he came out of the scene undefeated. he finished his job as a hero and it was a beautiful end of his life. these were the days of his life. I cant find words to express how much I love his beautiful music. they were all born to Be The Queen. no more questions. no more answers. peace.
The spanish/flamenco guitar solo is actually performed by none other than Steve Howe from Yes... best guitarist in the world, no disrespect meant for Brian May, of course. This song was their final tour de force song -- a fitting one, too. You are kidding yourself if you think the post-Mercury Queen is actually Queen, might I add.

i wonder what the crowds would be like if freddie was still alive and the miracle, innuendo, and made in heaven were released and they were still playing alive?Maybe all hell would be breaking loose and people would be killing each other to get front row tickets to the show

i have been listening to queen ever since i was born. at the age of 2, i had listened to freddie's voice more than my own mother's. to me, he's more than the greatest singer ever. he is a part of me. i cry everytime i watch these videos. he isn't dead. never will be.
I was brought up on Queen by my mom. I saw them on their North American tour in 2006 in Worcester Massachusetts. I love everyone, but my two favorites are Freddie and Bryan! My mom got a picture with Bryan May! I'm sooo jealous of her! Queen will never die!- Emily Q.
one of the best queen songs forsure and best album by far. The show must go on is their best song and last song, last album. Yea too bad their not around i never saw them live either. Very intelligent people so many talents!!!!
queen were destined for being that successful. Each member was ahead of it's time and it's no coincidence that they had to meet each other. Thank you queen for giving the world so much.
This song is definately of the same caliber as Bohemian Rapsody, but it wasn't as popular. The lyrics are superb, this song has some dark, mystic, odd atmosphere...a masterpiece....
Best queen song ever... Freddie Mercury was, and still is, an inspiration to us all- he battled with AIDS till the end, and weeks before his death he was still singing with all his soul. Rest in Peace Freddie, who is still a legend in the world. I just wish i could have seen them live... i was born in 1989, so i never got to see them... still, Queen are the best ever.
he fucking rocked i wish he was still here, when lifes shit you just listen to his stuff makes you think back in the days of been a kid and saying he was my hero still is, all time fav out of all bands i think like alot of effort was put in to all his songs because he had the aids thing and still became a legend of sucess
i cant completely agree with you its a shame may and taylor do not whrite for queen anymore but as brian may said they are playing old songs written and sang by mercury to bring a little bit of him back and its a horrible thing to say that its better he is gone than that he would still have lived because it isnt better for a musical genius to die so young instead of living longer! not for any human being exept from certain people
Do you really believe what you are saying? If you really know how freddie was thinking, then they would't play their "old songs", they will continue to be creative and make lots of albums...nah, with freddie i don't think they would've ever stopped
freddie was fucking awesome indeed.. but don't say anything like that.. have you heard the guitar solo of brian in this song.. or have you heard roger sing?
they are all pretty damn good.. they just stopped because they said 'queen without freddie isn't queen' that's called "respect".. and the paul rogers thing.. that was just a one off
I was listening to the Beatles when I was six years old! and I'm seventeen! At any rate, I think that Freddy was, and always will be, one of the best vocalists, frontmen, songwriters, and people of all time. John Lennon doesn't come close! He's a legend too, but in his own way...
The greatest singer of all time. Badly missed and loved. There never was and never will be anyone like him. He's just a pure genious. You're always in my heart!! You changed my life with your talent. I love you. See you in heaven!!!!
i think he did beleive in heaven and God. cos in one of his interviews he pointed and looked upwards and said "He's looking after me". referring to God :)
Oh Hell yeah!!! Weeell, We'll keep on trying!!! Even tough your not here! You sure got that right!! We'll all keep on trying! See you again! But not yet!
If he had stood to say: I am a prophet! No one would have listened; Stewart Granger, he used your Scaramouche to tell us about all of it; then, at the end, he took off his mask and told us "I still love you;" which causes me to think he must of realized that most still didnt get it. Brilliant. Powerful. Genius
Amazing how can on man produce such a work when he's suffering from AIDS. This is why he will never... ever... be forgotten... Freddie... you're still with us... And this is a proof of it..
This is the 1st time that I have ever seen the video in full format... and it ROCKS!!! The song, of course, ranks among the best of an already great band =)
So much sweetness from so much pain ... Freddie you saved your best for last! RIP

He was the stylised artsy block man (Sorry my grasp on art is fairly limited!) He was there in his own picassoesque fashion!
