@indoric Sasuke is that fast, its called the "body flicker" jutsu and hes pretty damn good at it. Now there are douts that hes that strong. He definatlty has strength that can be comparible with Sakura but hes mostly a midrange fighter now so we rarly see it.

Naruto is trying to control kyubi, while sasuke has amaterasu, tsukiyomi (eventually) susanoo, Cursed mark, chidori and he usually wins all the battles he fights. but naruto, has kyubi, rasengan, fuuton rasen shuriken, sage mode and he also wins all the battle he fights. But naruto has more back-up (konoha itself) and sasuke only has about 4 or alittle more, if anything were to happen

No when his Health is Yellow he does the one seen at 0:25 when he's Red he does the one seen at 0:40 when he's Green he does Orochimaru's Team Special if you chose Orochimaru as support.... So the only other way to do the chidori special is if he had a power up by Holding "up" on the D-Pad and He dosent have a power up....

If you want to use the chidori special you must first get into "sword mode"

"sword mode" activates automatic, if you use your singel special with Sasuke triangle + circle (WITHOUT OROCHIMARU) and your health-bar must be green, that would be the special at 0:25...

after this special, Sasuke gets into "sword mode" and your attacks/movements are much faster than before.

Now you need to charge your chakra to max. (3 bars) and push triangle + circle again and there we go "chidori special" at 0:57

Let us be more professional, the specials are called "Ougi's" and from now on Im going to call them so...

If Sasuke's health-bar is yellow or red, just push triangle + circle and Sasuke starts Ougi at 0:40

after he has finished his Ougi, he gets into "sword mode" now you just have to charge your charka to max (3 bars ) again and push triangle + circle while you are in "sword mode"

and voila there he goes "chidori-Ougi"

Sasuke is just a Charakter, who neither can't "taunt" nor get to low life (yellow and red health-bar) to activate his "hidden Ougi"

He's a special character, who needs "sword mode" as a condition to use the "chidori-Ougi"

(though Im not sure, if it is called "sword-mode" im just calling it so, because his swordmen-skills improves)

Nah, it's just that each ougi is exaggerated slightly to enhance the quality of the gameplay. A lot of the styles of these jutsu aren't even used in the show. The amount of chakra it would take to do just some of these moves on the show or manga would be over the scale.
