Cool interview GuitarTV! Is there any way you think you might be able to get an interview with John Frusciante? It's probably doubtful, but it would be awesome if you could. Thanks, and good interview.
i know you guys at guitarist tv are guitar people. but do you know anyone that is like joe on bass? like he knows everything about it? i hope you can understand what im getting at.
You see satches creative mind shine when it comes time for improv during the g3 jams. Iv'e always wondered why he beyond the other guitarist would pull off unique spectacular solos during the g3's until I watched interviews and relized the man is a musical genius in a very technical way
This interviewer looks very depressed, or completely void of expression. I appreciate that he didn't ask the same old questions, but his questioning style is a bit awkward.
The more interviews I see featuring Joe Satriani the more I'm more convinced that not only is he a genius musically, but most likely intellectually as well. He's very articulate which gives the illusion that his musical creations are much simpler than they are.
Joe has no ego whatsoever to get in the way of writing great music.
