What was the safety reason for no longer using the brass nock points?

Although rare the brass nock locator could become lose and fly off injuring a bystander or archer.

@kauboy9816...the brass nocking points got too expensive and they moved constantly...Olympic recurve shooters refuse to use brass nocking points.
