Trying to make a rocket with KN03 and Sucrose needs to be packed in a PVC motor with some kind of "star" pattern channel running through the engine see video 1 for information on that topic. Don't worry about the english it's pretty good. but I think you are on the right track. Go to link 2 for more info on rocketry.

Doing the Simulation takes at least 2 weeks... Air Traffic Clearance takes 3 months... Another item to take into consideration is the fact that this team consisted of 10 of Florida's best rocket scientists... So no you can't... Sorry... :( I wish it were that easy...

Sorry about the late response guys.

-Yes parachutes were installed on OverKill II and the chutes did deploy.

-The Isp on OverKill II was not great enough to escape earth's atmosphere nor did the rocket travel 17500mph to reach orbital velocity so it did not got to outer space.

-The rocket was never recovered as it traveled to the next county in a heavily wooded area in Florida. The FAA was notified of launch and special clearance was granted from the Daytona International Tower.
