yeah bro this happened to me too and it was difficult but i recovered however when i recovered it's like only 90% of my face was recovered the 10% is still dead and when i try lifting my eyebrows or make a facial expression of looking suprised it's not really "in tuned" with the other side it's like 75%...
Did you have a flu shot or mist before this event ocurred? The reason why I asked is because, the World Death Organization said that intranasal flu vaccine causes Bell's Palsy.
got this shit on monday its now thursday, i got treatment called bowen therapy the day after i got and whilst recieving the treatment i was able then to hold down my eye and leave it closed as to where it used to just lift up again, so yeah hopefully this info is useful to someone out there!!!
Hi there fellow sufferers. I have had the Bells Palsy for 4 days now with a severe facial, speech and eye deformity, I feel so frustrated at the moment cos I ca't eat/drink properly, My speech is useless at the moment, was due to start new job this week!! But hey ho!!!

Martin, Did you have any dental work prior to the Bell's Palsy ?
There is a virus contact, and herpes simplex could be the link.
I sometime get cold sores after going to the dentist and that
could be the link for what happened to me. Anyone else that
thinks they have a similar contact like that, lets do something

had mine a week now, more scary than anything else. humbled me, now i feel more at one with things, in a word.......happier.
look forward to getting my old face back though, but hey, it's just vanity.
