Wong Kim Ark had nothing to do with Natural Born citizenship. It had to do with Wong Kim being a citizen. No where in the decision was Natural Born even mentioned as there was no possible way for him to have been Natural Born. Natural Born citizenship requires 2 parents to be citizens at the time of the person's birth. Both of Wong Kim's parents were Chinese citizens. It was impossible for him to have been Natural Born. Natural Born is also discussed in Law of Nations by Vattel.

And Vattel never used the phrase "natural born." He wrote in french and the phrase he used was "naturels ou indigenes" which means "naturals or natives." The term "natural born" came from British common law and ONLY from British common law. Ten years AFTER the Constitution was ratified an English translation of Vattels work translated his phrase as 'natural born citizens,' but that wasn't until 10 years AFTER the Constitution was written.
The document that people get off the internet is not a legal document. Only a certified copy of the birth certificate is considered a legal document and thats why no court is going to have any kind of ruling as to whether or not the birth certificate posted on the net is genuine or forged.

One interesting thing about the certificate is the typeface EXACTLY matches that on the certificates for the Nordyke twins. Those twins were born in the same hospital a few days apart from Obama. This shows all three certificates were typed on the same typewriter and further confirms it's authenticity.

You and Corsi both get it wrong African has been considered a Race especially during that time period. Kenya's own census at the time listed African as a race. Also the National Center for Health Statistics has a guide for filling out a birth certificate. The Parents put down what they self identify as. As scanning technology was developed its much easier to pull the original and make a copy or scan it than going through a bunch of microfilms. Have you tried doing it yourself or do you just rely on what others tell you? Yes there are image optimization and compression algorithms that do that. The software breaks the file into layers and finds the best compression scheme to save on file size. Otherwise the file size would be much larger.

Wong Kim Ark had nothing to do with Natural Born citizenship. It had to do with Wong Kim being a citizen. No where in the decision was Natural Born even mentioned as there was no possible way for him to have been Natural Born. Natural Born citizenship requires 2 parents to be citizens at the time of the person's birth. Both of Wong Kim's parents were Chinese citizens. It was impossible for him to have been Natural Born. Natural Born is also discussed in Law of Nations by Vattel.

And Vattel never used the phrase "natural born." He wrote in french and the phrase he used was "naturels ou indigenes" which means "naturals or natives." The term "natural born" came from British common law and ONLY from British common law. Ten years AFTER the Constitution was ratified an English translation of Vattels work translated his phrase as 'natural born citizens,' but that wasn't until 10 years AFTER the Constitution was written.

The document that people get off the internet is not a legal document. Only a certified copy of the birth certificate is considered a legal document and thats why no court is going to have any kind of ruling as to whether or not the birth certificate posted on the net is genuine or forged.

Wong Kim Ark was all about natural born citizenship AKA citizenship at birth. If you read the decision you will see they go into quite some detail about the meaning of natural born citizen. They note that the Constitution was written in the language of British common law and that the phrase in the Constitution "natural born" comes straight out of British common law. That's the decision that set precedent on this issue for the past 100+ years.

One interesting thing about the certificate is the typeface EXACTLY matches that on the certificates for the Nordyke twins. Those twins were born in the same hospital a few days apart from Obama. This shows all three certificates were typed on the same typewriter and further confirms it's authenticity.

You and Corsi both get it wrong African has been considered a Race especially during that time period. Kenya's own census at the time listed African as a race. Also the National Center for Health Statistics has a guide for filling out a birth certificate. The Parents put down what they self identify as. Corsi claims Hawaii refused to comment about the chain of custody for the birth certificate. That's another lie. They posted on their faq site about the cradle to grave chain of custody from it being issued and given to the white house lawyer. Hawaii also links to the White House PDF from the HDOH website. They back up what they issued. How would Corsi know if his own BC was a forgery or not especially when his own state would issue it. Does he then claim his state issued a forgery?

Corsi makes another mistake. Back then the microfilms were created for easier access because of the technology at the time. They still kept the original birth certificate in the books. As scanning technology was developed its much easier to pull the original and make a copy or scan it than going through a bunch of microfilms. The reason for the Nordyke's being the way it was is because Miss Nordyke held on to an old certified copy from the era.

Also no professional will claim something is a forgery based off an internet image instead of looking at the document itself. Tell me why didn't you interview Ivan Zatkovich whom WND asked for a report from but then didn't bother to post his report. Corsi also repeats the other claim about the numbers.

Take for instance Susan Daniels who originally claimed that the social security numbering prefix doesn't necessarily denote where you live or work but then changed her stance once she got her 15 minutes of fame. I didn't bring up a lot of things: Obama's shady real estate deals with Tony Rezco, his relationship with Bill Ayers, the nude photos of Obama's mama that surfaced in the porn collection of Obama's mentor Frank Marshal Davis, the poem "Pop" which makes it pretty clear that Obama was sexually abused by Frank Marshal Davis just like his mother was or the crooked ways he won his first few elections. You cannot determine the birth certificate is a forgery/fraud by looking at a digital image of it.
Only the ACTUAL PAPER document matters, which Hawaii has already said is authentic.

No one has been able to come close to duplicating the layers on Obama's certificate. Many Obama supporters make baseless claims that the software made all the layers. There are no "image optimization and compression algorithms" that can do this. The state of hawaii's department of health has refused a court order to produce the original certificate. There are a few in hawaii's department of health complicit in this fraud. Only a paid Obama shill could still be defending this fraud.

@JCGMich29 none of the birthers have tried doing the same with any other documents. The layers are created when optimizing the image and then running the pdf through illustrator. Have you tried doing it yourself or do you just rely on what others tell you? Yes there are image optimization and compression algorithms that do that. The software breaks the file into layers and finds the best compression scheme to save on file size. Otherwise the file size would be much larger.
