Triangle offense takes a while to learn. Bill cartwright tried to run the triangle as coach of the bulls, but they played horrible and he got fired.

The difference with the Lakers, is they had Kobe to carry the load in the real game.... while the Lakers were still learning the triangle in practice.

its not an easy offense to read or understand and to teach as well, so many systems are used in stead, and you have to be a firm believer in it, while many dont have that, but may use some variations of it, and not a full triangle as we know it in the laker system, they could really use Bshaw on the court taking wide open 3s that are part of the system to find openings on either side
