@rayvyn15 On the first track, right-click and click 'add video track'. That should take the back ground to a second track... then right-click on the first video track,which is empty, and click 'add text media' type in what you what and click the red cross or wutever and then play the vid.. you will have the text you typed on the background. Happy to help! :D

For those having trouble installing fonts, do this!!:

After installing the font, unzip it if it is a zip file, but if it's already a TTF file, then leave it as is. Then open up Control Panel and click on Fonts. Drag the TTF font file into the Fonts Folder. There, it should be installing. Have fun. xD

I don't understand the "montagical picturez" part. Usually linear wipe wipes the whole picture, you just wiped montagical then you wiped picturez. It seems you somehow used linear wipe for the top of the screen then on the bottom. I am not sure how you did that. Could you possibly explain? Also, I'm guessing you meant "convolution kernal" and not convulsion. If thats so how do you get it to shake, cause from what I understand it just has to do with blurring, embossing, and sharpening. Help.

dude how come when i record vids with camtasia or hypercam and then try to combine clips like you did with the gunshots, the secondary clip wont show up. and if i have nothing in my first slot then it will be black even if i have something in my second track? i've tried overlaying and it doesnt seem to work. please help

I think I've seen all of your keyframing videos and I can't get the keyframing timeline to expand in the same way as the video timeline. In other words, my text media can only ever be exciting for 5 seconds regardless how long there is text.

You just need to put the file into your local font folder (C Windows Fonts) and then restart Vegas.
